HWA Board - Dr Brendan Murphy

Dr Murphy is Chief Executive Officer of Austin Health in Victoria. Before this, he was Chief Medical Officer and Director of Nephrology at St Vincent’s Health, Melbourne. He is a Professorial Associate at The University of Melbourne and a Director of the Florey Neuroscience Institutes. Dr Murphy was formerly a Board member of the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, a Director of Kidney Health Australia and President of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nephrology. Dr Murphy was appointed as Victoria’s nominee to the HWA Board in February 2010.
