Workforce Innovation and Reform

This group focuses on national health workforce policy, innovation and reform to facilitate development of a modern, responsive and flexible health workforce that is able to meet growing demands for health care. This will be achieved through policies and programs targeting innovation, leadership and reform. These include national competency frameworks, national health leadership development, workforce redesign and inter professional practice.
